Do we need a checklist? 

Do you want to win the love of God by endearing him? What are the do’s and don’t’s ? 

To maintain your relationship with God, what should you do, what should you don’t? 

To acquire blessing from God, what should you do, what should you don’t? 

To gain aid from God during the times of trials and dangers, what should you do, what should you don’t? 

If you have a checklist like this, check matching it with your relationship with your child? Does it match? 

Out nature itself teaches us that, the way we love our children, endearing them, maintaining a relationship with them, providing their needs, helping them, all these, does not depend on Rules like Do’s and Don’t’s, but depends only on the basis of parent-child relationship. Then how will this checklist match with the Lord? 

Does it mean, I can live my life however I want, brother? 

No. If your child is bad, you will try to correct him to become a good person by accompanying him, and watching him closely. That is what God does. It is the glory of Adoption given to us through Christ in the New Testament! 

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)
